  • The sounds in your ears disturb you and diminishes your quality of life.
  • You feel ringing in your ears that causes discomfort.

What are the causes of tinnitus?

The causes of tinnitus can be diverse. Some of the common causes include ear damage due to exposure to loud noises, advanced age, ear obstruction, ear infections, cardiovascular diseases, neurological disorders, head trauma, side effects of some medications, and disorders of the auditory system.

Ingredients:

  • Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid)
Is an antioxidant that helps protect cells from damage caused by free radicals. It has been suggested that oxidative stress may contribute to the development of tinnitus. Vitamin C may have protective properties for the auditory system.
  • Zinc
Is an essential mineral that plays an important role in numerous biological functions. Its role in the treatment of tinnitus has been investigated due to its participation in auditory function and neurotransmitter metabolism. Some studies have suggested that zinc implementation may have beneficial effects in some cases of tinnitus.
  • Magnesium Oxide
Is another mineral that plays a vital role in various bodily functions. Some research has linked magnesium deficiency with tinnitus. It is thought that magnesium may have protective effects on cells in the inner ear and may help improve tinnitus symptoms in some people.
  • B Complex (from brewer's yeast)
The B complex is made up of several different B vitamins, such as thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, folate, and cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12). These vitamins play an important role in cellular metabolism and maintaining a healthy nervous system. Some people have reported improvements in tinnitus symptoms after taking B-complex supplements.
  • Bromelain
Is an enzyme found in pineapple. It has been suggested that it may have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Some theories suggest that tinnitus may be related to inflammation of the inner ear, and bromelain has been proposed as a possible supplement to reduce inflammation and relieve tinnitus symptoms.
  • Rutin, Sophora Japonica, Quercetin and Ginkgo Biloba Extract
These are naturally occurring components that have been studied for their possible antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It is thought that they can help improve blood circulation in the inner ear and reduce inflammation, which could help relieve tinnitus.
  • Boswellia Serrata Extract
This extract comes from a plant known as Indian frankincense and has been used in traditional medicine to treat various inflammatory conditions. Some studies suggest that it may have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that could be beneficial for tinnitus.
  • Citrus bioflavonoids
Bioflavonoids are antioxidant compounds found in certain fruits and vegetables. Its use in the treatment of tinnitus has been investigated due to its possible antioxidant and vasodilatory properties. Some studies have suggested that citrus bioflavonoids may help improve tinnitus symptoms in some people.
