Data Deletion Instructions

At By Cariola we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information. If you would like us to delete the personal data we hold about you, you can request it at any time.

 

How to request deletion:

Send an email to sales@bycariola.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", from the email address associated with your account or order. Please include your full name and, if available, your phone number or order number so we can locate your records.

We will confirm your request and permanently delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except for information we are legally required to retain (for example, records needed for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes).
